COVID-19 UPDATES

Your safety is our top priority here at Aggie Dining. We closely monitor COVID-19 guidelines directed by Centers for Disease Control and government officials to make sure we are bringing you the most up-to-date information as we continue to navigate through the pandemic. Our teams have worked diligently to implement a phased approach to your health and safety to keep the North Carolina A&T State University Community safe.

Masks or face coverings are required for all students, faculty, and staff when dining in our facilities. Regretfully, entry will be denied without compliance. 

Additional hand sanitation stations have been added to each dining location

High-touch areas are cleaned in 30-minute intervals with approved disinfectant and include: counter tops, tables, booths, kiosk screens, etc.

All dining locations will be takeout only through January 31, 2022.

All dining and retail locations will be managed with physical distancing guidelines in mind.

This includes but is not limited to:
Socially Distanced Seating
Floor Signage to Assist with Line Control
50% Capacity Limit with Numbers Posted at Entrances

When paying with credit or debit, Apple Pay is offered as a contactless payment option at all locations

Daily Menus & Nutritionals found on our website (ncatdining.com), or on the Bite App, available on the AppStore or Google Play. (bite.sodexo.com)
Qdoba will offer contactless kiosk ordering as well as mobile ordering (coming Fall 2020)

Any stations that were previously self-serviced at The Marketplace or Williams Dining Hall will have attendants serving guests
Beverage stations: single use cups will be used and a new one will be required for every refill
Silverware will be distributed by an attendant

Williams Dining Hall and The Marketplace will offer take out

As outlined per university & regulatory agencies' requirements: 

Enhanced handwashing training and procedures
Masks & Gloves worn by all Aggie Dining team members
Plexi Glass has been installed at all cashier and customer service stations to ensure safety for the campus community
